Brief belated self (and other) promotion

Last time, I hinted at upcoming announcements of shows by my band The Sea Plus.

One of them already happened. The other is tomorrow. I am not good at this.

Anyway: we are playing tomorrow at the Wine Cellar in Auckland, opening for A Crude Mechanical’s album release show. (For longtime followers, that’s the latest project by Shane Warbrooke, who was in Climate Change with both members of The Sea Plus.)

I have been telling people we’re playing first and that is probably 8.30 but that link says 9.00 pm is when music starts. So we’re probably playing at 9.00. Or maybe later! Because rock o’clock functions differently than normal time.

Apaprently I’m supposed to also create magic buttons so you can create Google calendar events, too. But like I said: I’m not good at this.

Anyway, it’s our last gig for the year and we currently have nothing booked for 2024. That is probably a temporary state and I imagine we’ll play before the clocks turn back, but if you’re in any rush to see Auckland’s number one improvisational oceancore duo*, tomorrow’s your time.
